According to provision § 30, paragraph 2 of Act No. 262/2006 Coll., the Labor Code, as amended, the Masaryk Memorial Cancer Institute may only request data from a natural person who applies for a job at the MMCI and only in connection with negotiations before the establishment of an employment relationship; such data shall be directly related to the conclusion of an employment contract. In addition to the identification and contact details of an applicant for a job at the MMCI, relevant data includes also information related to qualification, work experience, skills and knowledge of the applicant.
